1. Services

EraFuel supplies diesel by mobile delivery for generators, vehicles, storage tanks, and equipment. Service availability depends on access, safety, and route feasibility. We reserve the right to decline unsafe jobs.

2. Fuel quality

All diesel is sourced from trustworthy suppliers that meet South African fuel standards. Batch details are available on request. We meter deliveries to confirm volumes.

3. Scheduling & access

Bookings may require site details, access instructions, and safety clearances. Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect addresses, or unsafe conditions may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing & payment

Pricing includes fuel at the prevailing depot rate plus call-out and service fees. Quotes are valid for the period stated. Payment terms are as agreed in writing; late payments may attract interest.

5. Safety

Our teams use grounding, spill kits, PPE, and calibrated equipment. Clients must ensure safe access, stable ground, and that receiving tanks or generators are in safe operating condition.

6. Liability

EraFuel is not liable for losses arising from incorrect site information, client equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures). Liability is limited to the value of the affected delivery.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations within 2 hours of dispatch may incur a call-out fee. Emergency drops are billable once the crew is en route.

8. Data & communications

By requesting service, you consent to being contacted regarding bookings, dispatch updates, and invoices. We may send operational messages via SMS, email, or phone.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where the service was delivered.
